Goals of the Conference:

  • To provide an overview of effective family engagement principles and practices;
  • To establish an understanding of equity and how it is enhanced through family engagement;
  • To stimulate a conversation amongst educators, community and health care providers across organizations and systems about working together to improve educational and health outcomes through family engagement and;
  • To encourage a comprehensive approach to family engagement that is integrated into organizational action plans.

Fee:
The conference is offered at no cost to those living or working in Windham County through a grant from the United Way of Windham County and The Thompson Trust.

Residents and Providers outside of Windham County are welcome to register for a fee of $95.00

Included:  Breakfast, Lunch and all materials. Space is limited.
