Valley Vista, a 99-bed, accredited and nationally recognized chemical dependency and co-occurring treatment program with locations in Bradford and Vergennes, Vermont, is currently seeking qualified, caring candidates for the following positions, opportunities to help those in need of special talent and unique treatment style:
Valley Vista is seeking Recovery Specialists at our Vergennes location. The primary responsibility of the Recovery Specialist is to facilitate a client's journey towards a positive and successful recovery by making sure the client understands his/her responsibilities in the program while providing guidance and support when needed. All shifts are needed, full time and part time.
Valley Vista is seeking a Primary Therapist at our Bradford location. In this role, the Primary therapist serves as the clinician for patients suffering from substance use disorder (SUD) and often times, a co-occurring mental health condition. Responsibilities include providing a comprehensive clinical assessment of new patients, the development of individualized treatment plans, counseling in both individual and group settings, documentation and so much more that will help patients find their path towards enduring recovery. Experience working in a SUD environment and trauma informed care are highly desirable.
Valley Vista is seeking a Nurse Practitioner at our Vergennes location. As an NP at our small 19-bed women's residential treatment campus, you will handle admissions of new patients, conduct histories and physicals, medical assessments and in consultation with a Psychiatrist, manage psychotropic medications.
