Are you spinning your wheels at work, constantly dealing with stress in unproductive ways? Learn how to mindfully manage your professional life with VCPI & Carrie Howe during a virtual lunch & learn presentation "Stress in the Workplace: Taking It In Stride" on Wednesday, August 18 at 12pm.
This workshop applies mindfulness theory and practice to the challenge of a stressful workplace, helping participants to identify how they are handling stress and how they might handle it differently in the future. In addition to discussing strategies, we'll spend some time engaging mindfulness practice so that you can get a short meditation break in the middle of your day!
